dengan transaksi di pasar negosiasi pada 30 Agustus 2024
(selanjutnya disebut “Transaksi”) dan berikut adalah
struktur kepemilikan saham SCGPS dan ICS dalam
Perseroan sebelum dan sesudah Transaksi /
Pursuant to the Report on the Changes of Shareholding
Ownership in the Company respectively sent by SCGPS and
ICS to OJK as copied to the Company, the Company was
informed in relation to the transaction in the negotiation
market on August 30, 2024 between ICS and SCGPS
(hereinafter referred to as the “Transaction”) and following
is the structure of shares ownership of SCGPS and ICS in the
Company prior to and after the Transaction:

No change of control in the Company, Siam Kraft Industry
Company Limited, as a holder of 1,368,663,916 shares which
represented 55.24% shares with voting rights in the
Company and SCGPS are parties acting in concert as both
are entities under common control by SCG Packaging Public
Company Limited.
