Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material       Perjanjian Penjaminan antara Medco Energi Global Pte. Ltd.
                                           (MEG), anak perusahaan yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki
                                           secara tidak langsung oleh Perseroan, dengan Petrofac
                                           (Malaysia-PM304) Limited (Petrofac) terkait transaksi
                                           pelaksanaan opsi pembelian Floating Production Storage and
                                           Offloading Cendor (FPSO Cendor) oleh Petrofac dengan
                                           MISC Offshore Floating Terminals (L) Limited (MISC).

                                           Petrofac adalah operator Production Sharing Contract (PSC)
                                           Blok PM304 yang akan berakhir pada tanggal 22 September
                                           2026 dimana wilayah kerja blok tersebut akan dilanjutkan
                                           operasionalnya oleh Medco Asia Pacific Limited (MAPL)
                                           sebagai operator mulai tanggal 23 September 2026 dengan
                                           nama wilayah kerja PSC Cendramas. MAPL merupakan anak
                                           perusahaan yang sahamnya dimiliki secara langsung oleh
                                           MEG.

                                           Berdasarkan Kontrak FPSO antara Petrofac dan MISC,
                                           Petrofac memiliki opsi untuk membeli FPSO Cendor dari MISC
                                           dimana pelaksanaan hak opsi tersebut dilakukan dengan cara
                                           pemberitahuan tertulis paling lambat pada tanggal 31 Mei
                                           2026.

                                           Petrofac telah melakukan pemberitahuan untuk melaksanakan
                                           hak opsi tersebut untuk kepentingan MAPL dimana harga
                                           pembelian FPSO Cendor tidak lebih dari USD8.448.010
                                           (delapan juta empat ratus empat puluh delapan ribu sepuluh
                                           Dolar Amerika Serikat).

                                           Untuk menjamin pemenuhan pelaksanaan hak opsi pembelian
                                           FPSO Cendor oleh Petrofac, MEG (selaku induk perusahaan
                                           MAPL) memberikan penjaminan kepada Petrofac terkait
                                           pelaksanaan hak dan kewajiban terkait opsi pembelian oleh
                                           Petrofac termasuk harga pembelian maksimum USD8.448.010
                                           (delapan juta empat ratus empat puluh delapan ribu sepuluh
                                           Dolar Amerika Serikat).

 Description of Material Information or       Parent Company Guarantee between Medco Energi Global
 Facts                                        Pte. Ltd. (MEG), a subsidiary whose shares is indirectly
                                              owned by the Company, with Petrofac (Malaysia-PM304)
                                              Limited (Petrofac) in relation to the execution of purchase
                                              option transaction of Floating Production Storage and
                                              Offloading Cendor (FPSO Cendor) by Petrofac with MISC
                                              Offshore Floating Terminals (L) Limited (MISC).

                                              Petrofac is the operator of the Production Sharing Contract
                                              (PSC) for Block PM304, which will expire on September 22,
                                              2026 where the block working area will continue to operate
                                              under the name of Medco Asia Pacific Limited (MAPL) as
                                              operator, commencing on 23 September 2026 with the name
                                              of working area Cendramas PSC. MAPL is a subsidiary
                                              directly owned by MEG.

                                              Under the FPSO Contract, Petrofac has the option to purchase
                                              the Cendor FPSO from MISC, with the option to be exercised
                                              upon written notification no later than May 31, 2026.

                                              Petrofac has notified to exercise this option to the benefit of
                                              MAPL, with the purchase price of the Cendor FPSO not
                                              exceeding USD 8,448,010 (eight million four hundred forty-
                                              eight thousand and ten United States Dollars).

                                              To ensure Petrofac's exercise of the Cendor FPSO purchase
                                              option, MEG (as MAPL's parent company) provided a
                                              guarantee to Petrofac regarding the exercise of its rights and
                                              obligations related to the purchase option, including the
                                              maximum purchase price of USD 8,448,010 (eight million four
                                              hundred forty-eight thousand and ten United States Dollars).
