Pelaksanaan perubahan nama ini baru akan berlaku efektif
setelah mendapat persetujuan dari Kementrian Hukum dan
HAM sert;a diterima dan/atau disetujui oleh Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan, Bank Indonesia serta otoritas pemerintahan
lainnya.
Bersama ini kami sampaikan, Akta Pernyataan Keputusan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT BANK BTPN
Tbk No. 43 tanggal 29 Agustus 2024 yang dibuat oleh Ashoya
Ratam, SH, MKn, Notaris Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan
dan telah mendapat persetujuan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak
Asasi Manusia Nomor AHU-0054625.AH.01.02.Tahun 2024

Facts approved the change of the Company's name to PT Bank
SMBC Indonesia Tbk, thereby changing Article 1 paragraph 1

The implementation of this name change will only be effective
after obtaining approval from the Ministry of Law and Human
Rights and being received and/or approved by the Financial
Services Authority, Bank Indonesia and other government
authorities.

General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company No. 43
dated 29 August 2024 made by Ashoya Ratam, SH, MKn,
Notary in Administrative City of South Jakarta and has
received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights
