9/2018") oleh MUFG Bank, Ltd. ("MUFG") sebagai pengendali
baru Perseroan.
Completion of the mandatory tender offer as per Financial
Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) Regulation No.
9/POJK.04/2018 on the Takeover of Public Companies ("POJK
No. 9/2018”) by MUFG Bank, Ltd. (“MUFG") as the new controller
of the Company.

Facts
Merujuk pada informasi yang kami terima dari MUFG sebagai
pengendali baru Perseroan, MUFG telah menyelesaikan proses
penawaran tender wajib sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No.
9/2018, yang mana 28 Agustus 2024 adalah tanggal terakhir
pembayaran terkait (“Penyelesaian MTO"), sesuai dengan
pengumuman keterbukaan informasi kepada pemegang saham
Perseroan oleh MUFG dalam rangka penawaran tender wajib
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No. 9/2018 di koran Bisnis
Indonesia tertanggal 22 Juli 2024 (sebagaimana terlampir).
Berikut adalah struktur kepemilikan Perseroan sebelum dan
sesudah Penyelesaian MTO:
Retferring to an information that we received from MUFG as the
new controller of the Company, MUFG has completed the
mandatory tender offer as per POJK No. 9/2018, which 28 August
2024 is the final payment date ("MTO Completion"), in
