Menindaklanjuti surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) nomor S-09086/BEI.PP3/08-2024 tertanggal 27 Agustus 2024 terkait permintaan penjelasan atas volatilitas transaksi efek Perseroan, dimana pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2024 telah terjadi peningkatan aktivitas perdagangan saham PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. (AMFG) dengan rincian sebagai berikut: Subject: Explanation Regarding Stock Transaction Volatility PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk (The Company) In response to the letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) No. S- 09086/BEI.PP3/08-2024 dated August 27, 2024, regarding the reguest for an explanation of the volatility in the Company's stock transactions, it is noted that on August 26, 2024, there was an increase in the trading activity of PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. (AMFG) with the following details: 1. Aktivitas meningkat menjadi sebanyak 190.600 saham dengan frekuensi 79 kali dibandingkan hari bursa sebelumnya sebanyak 17.100 saham dengan frekuensi 31 kali. 2. Harga ditutup tetap dari harga penutupan hari bursa sebelumnya pada Rp4.700. 3. IHSG meningkat sebesar 61,90 poin dan indeks sektoral (Industrials) menurun sebesar -1,02 poin. 1. Activity increased to 190,600 shares with a freguency of 79 times compared to the previous trading day of 17,100 shares with a freguency of 31 times. 2. The closing price remained the same as the previous trading day's closing price at Rp4,700. 3. JClincreased by 61.90 points and the sectoral index (Industrials) decreased by -1.02 points. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Jawaban Perseroan telah menindaklanjuti dengan menanyakan secara langsung — kepada pemegang saham utama mengenai rencana terkait kepemilikan saham mereka di Perseroan. Berdasarkan informasi yang diterima, saat ini pemegang saham utama tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan perubahan atau tindakan apapun yang berkaitan dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Perseroan akan terus memantau situasi-ini dan memberikan informasi lebih lanjut jika ada perkembangan terkait di masa mendatang.
