Humpuss Maritim Realisasikan Pengadaan Dua Kapal Tug Boat
untuk Mendukung Layanan Pelabuhan di Tarakan dan Kendari
Jakarta,- Emiten pelayaran PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk. (“Perseroan/HUMI”) atau
yang dikenal dengan kode saham “HUMI”, merealisasikan pengadaan 2 unit kapal tug boat TB
Anugerah Bersama 5 dan TB Anugerah Bersama 6. Penambahan armada ini merupakan bagian
dari komitmen perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan layanan di wilayah Indonesia Timur,
khususnya di Pelabuhan Tarakan dan Kendari. Kedua kapal ini sebelumnya disewa oleh anak
usaha PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah (HTC), sehingga dengan akuisisi kedua kapal ini
diharapkan dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan melalui efisiensi operasional yang
lebih baik, meskipun tidak berdampak langsung pada pertumbuhan pendapatan (revenue)
HTC.
Dengan keputusan untuk mengakuisisi kedua kapal ini, HTC tidak hanya mengurangi biaya
sewa yang berkelanjutan, tetapi juga meningkatkan efisiensi dan kontrol operasional.
"Pembelian TB Anugerah Bersama 5 dan TB Anugerah Bersama 6 merupakan langkah yang
sangat penting dalam strategi kami untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Meskipun
langkah ini tidak akan meningkatkan revenue secara langsung, kami yakin bahwa pengurangan
biaya sewa dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional akan berdampak positif pada laba
perusahaan," ujar Tirta Hidayat, Direktur Utama HUMI.
Dalam hal pendapatan, pembelian ini tidak akan berdampak signifikan pada revenue HTC,
karena TB Anugerah Bersama 5 dan TB Anugerah Bersama 6 telah digunakan dalam
operasional rutin selama masa sewa. Namun, dari sisi laba, efek positif akan segera terasa
berkat pengurangan biaya sewa dan pengelolaan aset yang lebih efisien. Dengan demikian,
perusahaan dapat menjaga stabilitas pendapatan sambil secara bertahap meningkatkan
margin keuntungan.
"Kami telah mempertimbangkan bahwa dampak dari pembelian ini lebih berfokus pada
penguatan bottom line HTC, salah satu anak usaha kami. Dengan stabilitas revenue yang sudah
ada, HTC kini bisa lebih fokus pada peningkatan laba melalui efisiensi dan pengelolaan aset
yang lebih baik," kata Tirta.
Mendukung Operasional Pelabuhan di Tarakan dan Kendari
TB Anugerah Bersama 5 dan TB Anugerah Bersama 6 akan terus beroperasi di Pelabuhan
Tarakan dan Kendari, yang merupakan pusat penting dalam jaringan logistik nasional. Dengan
kepemilikan penuh atas kapal-kapal ini, HUMI melalui anak usahanya, HTC dapat memastikan
keberlanjutan layanan operasional di kedua pelabuhan tersebut. Hal ini juga diharapkan dapat

memberikan kontribusi terhadap efisiensi logistik dan daya saing pelabuhan di Indonesia
Timur.
TB Anugerah Bersama 5 dan TB Anugerah Bersama 6, keduanya memiliki spesifikasi mesin dan
daya sebesar 2x1000 HP sesuai dengan kebutuhan market. Dengan kapasitas tersebut, kedua
tug boat ini mampu menangani kapal besar yang masuk dan keluar dari pelabuhan, serta
memfasilitasi manuver yang lebih aman dan efisien di area pelabuhan yang padat.

Humpuss Maritim Acquires Two Tug Boats
to Enhance Port Services in Tarakan and Kendari
Jakarta - PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk. (“The Company/HUMI”), a maritime shipping
company listed under the stock symbol “HUMI,” has completed the acquisition of two tug
boats, TB Anugerah Bersama 5 and TB Anugerah Bersama 6. This fleet expansion is part of the
company’s commitment to continuously improve services in Eastern Indonesia, particularly at
the Ports of Tarakan and Kendari. These two vessels were previously leased by its subsidiary,
PT Humpuss Transportasi Curah (HTC), and it is expected that their acquisition will enhance
the company’s profitability through better operational efficiency, even though it may not
directly impact HTC's revenue growth.
By deciding to acquire these two vessels, HTC not only reduces ongoing rental expenses but
also improves operational efficiency and control.
"The purchase of TB Anugerah Bersama 5 and TB Anugerah Bersama 6 is a critical step in our
strategy to enhance operational efficiency. While this move may not immediately increase
revenue, we are confident that the reduction in rental costs and the improvement in
operational efficiency will positively impact the company’s profitability," said Tirta Hidayat,
President Director of HUMI.
In terms of revenue, this purchase will not significantly impact HTC's revenue, as TB Anugerah
Bersama 5 and TB Anugerah Bersama 6 have already been in regular operation during their
lease period. However, from a profitability perspective, the positive effects will be
immediately felt due to the reduction in rental costs and more efficient asset management.
This approach allows the company to maintain revenue stability while gradually increasing
profit margins.
"We have considered that the impact of this acquisition focuses more on strengthening the
bottom line of HTC, one of our subsidiaries. With stable existing revenue, HTC can now
concentrate more on profit improvement through efficiency and better asset management,"
said Tirta.
Supporting Port Operations in Tarakan and Kendari
TB Anugerah Bersama 5 and TB Anugerah Bersama 6 will continue their operations at the Ports
of Tarakan and Kendari, which are key hubs in the national logistics network. With full
ownership of these vessels, HUMI, through its subsidiary HTC, can ensure the continuity of
operational services at these two ports. This move is also expected to contribute to improved
logistics efficiency and the competitiveness of ports in Eastern Indonesia.

Both TB Anugerah Bersama 5 and TB Anugerah Bersama 6 are equipped with engines and
power ratings of 2x1000 HP, meeting market demands. With this capacity, these tug boats are
capable of handling large vessels entering and exiting the ports, as well as facilitating safer
and more efficient maneuvers in crowded port areas.
