Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik / The impact of such events, information, or material facts on the operational activities, legal and financial conditions, or business continuity of the Issuer or Public Company Tidak ada dampak negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. There is no negative impact on the Company's operational — activities, — legal, — financial condition or business continuity. Keterangan lain-lain / Other information Permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (“RUPS”) sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. RUPS akan dilaksanakan paling lambat 90 (semblan puluh) hari setelah Perseroan menerima surat pengunduran diri Komisaris Independen tersebut. The resignation reguest will be decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders (“GMS”) in accordance with applicable regulations.
