*Perseroan membatasi peserta Public Expose secara fisik hanya untuk media sesuai dengan
kapasitas tempat yang tersedia. Konfirmasi terkait hal tersebut akan disampaikan melalui email media
yang terdaftar
The Company restrict the physical participants of Public Expose for media only according to the
capacity availability of the venue. Confirmation regarding the mentioned matter will be conveyed via
registered media’s email.
Tata cara pendaftaran peserta Public Expose adalah sebagai berikut:
Public Expose Participant registration procedure as following:
1. Seluruh peserta wajib melakukan pendaftaran melalui tautan berikut ini registrasi-pubex
paling lambat hari Rabu, 17 Juni 2026;
All participant must submit their registration through the following link registrasi-pubex no later
than Wednesday, 17 June 2026;

2. Detail Meeting ID dan Password akan diberikan melalui alamat email yang didaftarkan pada
formulir registrasi;
Meeting ID and password will be send to the email that has been registered on the registration
form;
3. Tata cara pelaksanaan Public Expose secara elektronik termasuk tata cara penyampaian
pertanyaan akan dikirimkan melalui email dan akan dibacakan kembali sebelum Public
Expose dimulai;
The procedure of the virtual Public Expose as well as procedure on the submission of any
inquiries/question will be send to registered email and informed prior the Public Expose
started;
4. Untuk informasi lebih lanjut dapat menghubungi kami melalui email corsec@amarbank.co.id.

Materi Public Expose akan kami sampaikan ke BEI pada tanggal 12 Juni 2026. Materi Public Expose
akan kami sediakan sejak tanggal tersebut dan dapat diunduh di situs Bank pada link berikut:
