ANNOUNCEMENT
AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE OF
EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PT GOWA MAKASSAR TOURISM DEVELOPMENT TBK
Referring to the Announcement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”)
of PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk (the “Company”) which was announced on
the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), website of the Company, and website of sPT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) on 1 August 2024 which amendment of Announcement
was published on 16 August 2024, it is hereby notified to the Shareholders of the Company that
the EGMS of the Company which was initially to be convened on Wednesday, 18 September
2024 in Makassar, will hereinafter be convened on Friday, 11 October 2024. The Company will
conduct Amendment to the Announcement of the EGMS by taking into account the prevailing
laws and regulations.
Thus, this announcement of the amendment of schedule of the EGMS is conveyed to the
Shareholders of the Company.
