sebesar Rp.100.000.000.000yang akan digunakan untuk
modal kerja dan/atau Capex Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pinjaman tersebut akan memperkuat kinerja operasional

Description of Material Information or PT Paramitra Intimega is a subsidiary of PT Bali Towerindo
Facts Sentra Tbk, in which the Company holds a 99.9% ownership
interest. The Company has entered into a loan agreement with
PIM for a maximum amount of IDR 100,000,000,000 (one
hundred billion Rupiah), which will be utilized to fund the
Companys working capital and/or capital expenditure (CapEx)
requirements.
