This Joint Venture Company is designed to cooperate in the joint development of the exploration drilling program and the design, engineering, procurement, financing, construction, testing, commissioning, ownership, management, operation and maintenance of the geothermal facilities to be executed within the Mining Concessions of the Company's Subsidiaries which are PT Meares Soputan Mining and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya.
