Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 22 Agustus 2024, Perseroan telah
menandatangani Perjanjian Bersyarat Untuk Pengambilan
Bagian dan Pembelian Saham dengan PT GFI dan Lie William
Arifin untuk melakukan pembelian saham dan penyertaan
modal dalam PT GFI sebesar Rp 8.576.000.000 (delapan
miliar lima ratus tujuh puluh enam juta Rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan berharap dengan penyertaan modal dalam PT GFI
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan ini akan memperkaya portofolio Perseroan di segmen
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, makanan serta memberikan dampak positif bagi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan melalui nilai tambah dari
Perusahaan Publik investasi pada PT GFI.
Laporan keuangan usaha PT GFI tidak akan dikonsolidasikan
ke dalam laporan keuangan Perseroan, dan karenanya
penyertaan modal dalam PT GFI ini tidak akan mempengaruhi
kondisi keuangan Perseroan secara signifikan.

Description of Material Information or On August 22, 2024, the Company has signed a Conditional
Facts Agreement for Subscription and Purchase of Shares with PT
GFI and Lie William Arifin to purchase and participate in
shares of PT GFI amounting to IDR 8,576,000,000 (eight
billion five hundred seventy six million Rupiah).
Impact of event, material information or The Company hopes that the participation of shares in PT GFI
facts towards Issuers or Public will enrich the Company's portfolio in the food segment and
Company’s operational activities, legal, provide a positive impact on the sustainability of the
financial condition, or going concern Company's business through added value from investment in
PT GFI.
The financial statements of PT GFI's will not be consolidated
into the Company's financial statements, and therefore the
participation of shares in PT GFI will not significantly affect the
Company's financial condition.
