Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 20 Agustus 2024 telah dilakukan penjualan dan
peralihan seluruh saham MBE pada PT Mentari Biru Energi
(MNBE) yang merupakan salah satu Entitas anak kepada
Entitas anak lainnya yaitu PT Mentari Biru Biomassa (MNBB)
sebanyak 3.300 (Tiga Ribu Tiga Ratus) lembar saham atau
dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp.3.300.000.000,- (Tiga Miliar
Tiga Ratus Juta Rupiah).
Penjualan dan pengalihan seluruh saham MBE dilakukan
berdasarkan Akta Jual Beli Saham Nomor 17 tanggal 20
Agustus 2024 oleh dan antara MBE dengan MNBB dan Akta
Pernyataan Keputusan Rapat MNBE Nomor 16 tanggal 20
Agustus 2024, yang dibuat dihadapan Vivi Novita
Ranadireksa, S.H.,M.Kn., Notaris di Jakarta.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan saat ini, belum ada dampak kejadian,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional, hukum, kondisi, keuangan, atau kelangsungan

Description of Material Information or On August 20, 2024, the sale and transfer of all MBE shares in
Facts PT Mentari Biru Energi (MNBE) which is one of the
subsidiaries to another subsidiary, PT Mentari Biru Biomass
(MNBB) as many as 3,300 (Three Thousand Three Hundred)
shares or with a nominal value of Rp.3,300,000,000, - (Three
Billion Three Hundred Million Rupiah).
The sale and transfer of all MBE shares is carried out based
on Deed of Sale and Purchase of Shares Number 17 dated
August 20, 2024 by and between MBE and MNBB and Deed
of Statement of Meeting Resolution of MNBE Number 16
dated August 20, 2024, made before Vivi Novita Ranadireksa,
S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Jakarta.
