yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan penunjukkan Kantor Akuntan Publik adalah Komite Audit telah melakukan evaluasi
terhadap pelaksanaan jasa audit tahun buku sebelumnya, dan AP dan KAP Morhan & Rekan telah menerapkan Standar
Audit yang ditetapkan oleh Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia (IAPI) sehingga tugas audit atas buku Perseroan yang
berakhir pada 31 Desember 2023 terlaksana dengan baik.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 15 May 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Morhan & Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mr. Morhan Tirtonadi, CPA To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31
December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
The consideration in deciding the appointment of the Public Accounting Firm is that the Audit Committee has conducted
an evaluation of the implementation of audit services for the previous financial year, and AP and KAP Morhan & Rekan
have implemented the Audit Standards set by the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI) so that the audit task
for the Company's books ending on December 31, 2023 is carried out properly.
