Indonesia ("BEI”) No. I-A yang merupakan Lampiran I dari
Keputusan BEI No. Kep-00101/BEI/12-2021 tanggal 21
Desember 2021.
The disclosed Material Information or Facis does not have
a material impact that could affect the operational
activities and business continuity of Bank Permata,
however, by carrying out the transaction of refloat of Bank
Permata shares by Bangkok Bank, Bank Permata can fulfili
the minimum free float shares reguirements in Bank
Permata as stipulated in the Indonesia Stock Exchange
Regulation ("IDX") No. I-A which is Attachment 1 of IDX
Decree No. Kep-00101/BEI/12 2021 dated 21 December
2021.
