Sudirman Kav 29-31 Jakarta 12920 Dear Directors, Regarding Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited (“Bangkok Bank”) obligation to refloat PT Bank Permata Tbk (“PermataBank”) shares as a result of the mandatory tender offer implementation pursuant to Article 21 OJK Regulation number 9/POJK.04/2018 Acguisition of Publicly Listed Companies (“POJK 9/2018”) (“Refloat Obligation”), Bangkok Bank is reguired to refloat PermataBank shares to return the share ownership proportion from 98.71Yo to 89.12Yo by 7 October 2024. Please be informed that Bangkok Bank has fulfilled the Refloat Obligation effective on 23 August 2024, and thus the share ownership proportion of Bangkok Bank has changed to 89.12Y6. Due to the changes of Bangkok Bank's ownership in PermataBank and the completion of Refloat Obligation, Bangkok Bank must submit reports to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”) according to Article 2(2) of the Regulation No.1 1/POJK.04/2017 on Reports on Ownership or Changes to the Ownership of Shares of Publicly Listed Companies (“POJK 11/2017”) and Article 22 of POJK 9/2018.
