(Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Morhan Tirtoadi, CPA untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang
berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Komite Audit telah melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan jasa audit tahun buku sebelumnya, dan AP dan KAP
Morhan & Rekan telah menerapkan Standar Audit yang ditetapkan oleh Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia (IAPI)
sehingga tugas audit atas buku Perseroan yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2023 terlaksana dengan baik. Selain itu,
Tim Audit dari KAP Morhan & Rekan selalu dirotasi sehingga hal tersebut menjamin adanya manfaat fresh eye
perspective bagi seluruh stakeholders.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 11 June 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Morhan & Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mr. Morhan Tirtoadi, CPA To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31
December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
The Audit Committee has carried out an evaluation of the implementation of book audit services in the previous year,
and AP and KAP Morhan & Rekan have implemented the Audit Standards set by the Indonesian Institute of Public
Accountants (IAPI) so that the audit task for the Company's books ending on 31 December 2023 can be carried out
smoothly. Apart from that, the Audit Team from KAP Morhan & Partners is always rotated so that this ensures the benefit
of a fresh eye perspective for all stakeholders.
