 Strengthening Contribution to National Oil and Gas Industry, Elnusa Posts
          Solid Operational Performance in the First Half of 2024

Jakarta, 21 August 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) incorporated in Pertamina's
Upstream Subholding, strengthened its contribution to the national oil and gas industry as evidenced by the achievement of solid
operational performance throughout the first semester of 2024. This performance reflects Elnusa's commitment in supporting the
national oil and gas industry through innovative and high-quality services.

In the first semester of 2024, Elnusa successfully completed various strategic projects in the upstream oil and gas sector, including a 198
km 2D seismic survey and a 1,971 km² 3D survey. In addition, Elnusa also recorded success in drilling and well maintenance services,
completing 5 Drilling Rig Services (DRS) wells, 54 Hydraulic Workover Services (HWS) wells, and 11 H₂S Services wells. In the wireline
services segment, Elnusa completed 37 Wireline Services (WLS) projects, 18 Pressure & Pumping Services (PPS) projects, and 13
Welltesting Services (WTS) projects. In the Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) and Operation Maintenance (OM) sectors, Elnusa
completed 3 EPC projects, 19 OM projects, and 1 engineering project.

In the energy distribution and logistics sector, Elnusa recorded a positive performance by transporting 10.5 million KL of energy products
and managing fuel depots with a total of 0.9 million KL and LPG depots with a total of 1.2 million tons. The distribution of industrial fuel
and chemicals reached 54 thousand KL and 99 thousand drums respectively, demonstrating Elnusa's capability in supporting national
energy distribution.

In addition to completing various projects, Elnusa also showed strong operating performance in various service segments. In geoscience
& reservoir services, the company recorded 100% completion of land cable survey and seismic processing. Hydraulic Workover,
Mudlogging, and Modular Rig units in drilling & workover services also recorded operating success rates between 89% and 100%. In the
well intervention services sector, Elnusa showed a strong performance with high operating success rates, particularly in Coiled Tubing,
Cementing, Slickline, and Wireline Services. Elnusa also managed to increase its energy transportation volume to 10.47 million KL in June
2024, compared to 9.81 million KL in June 2023, showing significant growth.
