Facts Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 dated December
22, 2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or
Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, the Company hereby
conveys disclosure of information regarding the news of
condolences, on the death of the Company's Independent
Commissioner, Mr. Sumarwoto, on Wednesday, August 21,
2024 in Jakarta. On behalf of the Board of Commissioners and
Directors of the Company, we express our deepest
condolences to the bereaved family. The Company expresses
its sincere gratitude with the highest appreciation to the late
Mr. Sumarwoto, for his invaluable dedication and guidance to
the Company during his tenure.
