Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material I. Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk, telah
memberikan pinjaman kepada anak perusahaan yaitu PT
Sinar Mas Multifinance, berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat
sebanyak-banyaknya sebesar Rp. 2.400.000.000.000,- (
dua triliun empat ratus miliar Rupiah ).
II. Jumlah pinjaman tersebut tidak melebihi 20 % dari
ekuitas Perusahaan , sehingga pinjaman tersebut tidak
bersifat material.
III Transaksi dilakukan secara bertahap atau secara
sekaligus mulai pada tanggal 22 Agustus 2024
IV. Jangka waktu Pinjaman adalah 5 ( lima ) tahun.
V. Suku Bunga Pinjaman adalah sebesar 1 % ( satu
persen ) efektif per annum yang wajib dibayarkan oleh PT
Sinar Mas Multifinance setiap akhir bulan atau pada saat jatuh
tempo.
VI. Bahwa tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau
fakta penting terhadap Perseroan baik berupa dampak
terhadap kegiatan operasional, dampak terhadap kondisi
keuangan dan proyeksi keuangan, dampak hukum maupun
dampak terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or I. Whereas PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk, has provided a loan
Facts to its subsidiary, namely PT Sinar Mas Multifinance, domiciled
in Central Jakarta in the amount of Rp. 2,400,000,000,000,-
(two trillion four hundred billion Rupiah).
II. The loan amount does not exceed 20% of the
Company's equity, so the loan is not material.
III Transactions will be carried out in stages or all at once
starting on August 22, 2024
IV. The loan term is 5 (five) years.
V. The loan interest rate is 1% (one percent) effective per
annum which must be paid by PT Sinar Mas Multifinance at
the end of each month or at maturity.
VI. That there is no impact of important events,
information or facts on the Company in the form of impacts on
operational activities, impacts on financial conditions and
financial projections, legal impacts or impacts on the continuity
of the Company's business.
