ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau
Fakta Material Oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. PT
Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk dengan ini menginformasikan
bahwa agunan kredit Perseroan di PT Bank Maybank
Indonesia Tbk, berupa Gedung Menara Suara Merdeka Lt.11
telah diumumkan dilaman www.lelang.go.id dan akan di lelang
pada hari Rabu, 11 September 2024. Hal tersebut terjadi
dikarenakan hingga kini upaya negosiasi dengan pihak Bank
belum menemukan kesepakatan bersama.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Dampak Operational : beberapa penyewa akan di
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan relokasi apabila asset terjual melalui lelang.
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, - Dampak Kondisi Keuangan : mengurangi pendapatan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau sewa namun dapat menutup sebagian utang bank dan
Perusahaan Publik mengurangi beban bunga bank.
- Dampak Hukum : tidak berdampak.
- Dampak Kelangsungan Usaha : sisa dana setelah
pelunasan utang bank akan digunakan untuk
mengembangkan usaha yang ada.

- Informasi lelang tersebut kami ketahui setelah kami menerima surat dari Law Office Abiyasa tertanggal 19 Agustus
2024 No. 029/PJH/LOA/VIII/2024, perihal : Proposal Penawaran Jasa Hukum yang kami terima pada tanggal 21
Agustus 2024.
- Lampiran Pengumuman Pertama Lelang Eksekusi Hal Tanggungan dari lama www.lelang.go.id kami sertakan.

Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies. PT
Dafam Property Indonesia Tbk hereby informs that the
Company's credit collateral at PT Bank Maybank Indonesia
Tbk, in the form of the Suara Merdeka Tower Building, 11th
Floor, has been announced on the www.lelang.go.id page and
will be auctioned on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. This
happened because up to now, negotiation efforts with the
Bank have not found a mutual agreement.
Impact of event, material information or - Operational impact: several tenants will be relocated if the
facts towards Issuers or Public assets are sold through auction.
Company’s operational activities, legal, - Impact on Financial Conditions: reduces rental income but
financial condition, or going concern can cover part of bank debt and reduce bank interest
expenses.
- Legal Impact: no impact.
- Business Continuity Impact: remaining funds after repayment
of bank loans will be used to develop existing businesses.

- We became aware of the auction information after we received a letter from the Abiyasa Law Office dated 19
August 2024 No. 029/PJH/LOA/VIII/2024, regarding: Legal Services Offer Proposal which we received on August
21 2024.
- We include the attachment to the First Announcement of the Auction for the Execution of Dependent Matters from
www.lelang.go.id.
