Referring to the Notice of the Company's Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders ("AGMS") and Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders ("EGMS") dated April 28, 2026 on the
e-RUPS website, Indonesian Stock Exchange website and the
Company website. It is hereby notified to the Shareholders of PT
Bintang Mitra Semestaraya, Tbk that the Company's AGMS and
EGMS which were planned to be held on Friday, June 5, 2026
have been postponed to Monday, June 29, 2026.
