RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja dengan
Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Edward Dharmadi untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan
perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Sesuai dengan ketentuan POJK Nomor 13/POJK,03/2017 tentang Penggunaan Jasa Akuntan Publik dan Kantor
Akuntan Publik dalam Kegiatan Jasa Keuangan, Perseroan telah membatasi penggunaan jasa audit dari AP yang sama
paling lama 3 (tiga) tahun buku berturut-turut. Perseroan melakukan penunjukkan AP baru, Bapak Edward Dharmadi,
untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2024. Hal ini dilakukan oleh Perseroan untuk memperoleh fresh eye
perspectives dan penilaian yang lebih objektif merujuk pada peraturan yang berlaku.
Perseroan telah menunjuk Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja yang telah melakukan audit laporan
keuangan Perseroan dari periode tahun buku 31 Desember 2019 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2023.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 May 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Edward Dharmadi To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements
ending on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
In accordance with the provisions of OJK Regulation Number 13/POJK.03/2017 concerning the Engagement of Public
Accountant and Auditing Firm in Financial Services Activities, the Company had imposed limitation to the engagement of
audit services from the same AP for a maximum period of 3 (three) consecutive financial years. The Company appoints
a new AP for the fiscal year ending December 31st, 2024. This change is taken by the Company to obtain fresh eye
perspectives and more objective evaluations, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The Company had appointed Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja Public Accounting Firm for the audit of the financial
statement for the year ended December 31st, 2019 to December 31st, 2023.
