information of fact with regard to the
increasing of the Company’s share ownership
in the subsidiary.
3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material/ : Pada tanggal 19 Agustus 2024, Perseroan
telah melakukan kegiatan pembelian saham
seri A PT Superior Sarana Sukses (“SSS”) dari
PT Sarana Solid Abadi sebesar Rp
26.895.000.000,- (Dua puluh enam miliar
delapan ratus sembilan puluh lima juta
rupiah) atau sekitar 3,6% dari total ekuitas
konsolidasian Perseroan per audit tanggal 31
Desember 2023, atau sejumlah 5.379.000

lembar saham seri A. Sehingga, Transaksi ini
bukanlah merupakan transaksi material
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
17/POJK.04/2020. Pembelian saham ini telah
dicatatkan oleh SSS berdasarkan Pernyataan
Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) tanggal
19 Agustus 2024.
Dengan dilakukan pembelian saham
tersebut, maka kepemilikan saham oleh
Perseroan di SSS yang semula berjumlah
5.390.000 lembar saham seri A dan 220.000
saham seri B telah meningkat menjadi
10.769.000 saham seri A dan 220.000 saham
seri B./
Description of Material Information or On August 19, 2024, the Company purchased
Facts shares of PT Superior Sarana Sukses (“SSS”)
from PT Sarana Solid Abadi in the amount of
Rp 26.895.000.000 (Twenty six billion eight
hundred ninety five million Rupiah) or
approximately 3,6% of the Company's total
consolidated equity as of the audit on
December 31, 2023, with a total number of
5.379.000 series A shares. This transaction is
not a material transaction as intended in
Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
17/POJK.04/2020. The process of purchasing
shares recorded by SSS based on Indonesia
financial accounting standards (IFAS) dated
August 19, 2024.
Upon the completion of purchasing shares,
the Company’s share ownership in SSS which
previously was in the total number of
5.390.000 series A shares and 220.000 series
B shares, increased to 10.769.000 series A
shares and 220.000 series B shares.
4. Dampak kerjadian, informasi atau : Peningkatan penyertaan Perseroan di dalam
fakta Material tersebut terhadap SSS akan memberikan kontribusi positif
kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi terhadap kondisi Keuangan Perseroan.
