 Description of Material Information or       On September 7, 2026, the Company, through PT Kustodian
 Facts                                        Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), made the following bond
                                              principal and interest payments:
                                              1. Bank KB Bukopin Shelf Registration Subordinated Bonds III
                                              Phase I of 2021, Series A
                                              Bond principal of IDR 315,000,000,000 (three hundred fifteen
                                              billion rupiah) and the 20th interest payment of IDR
                                              6,300,000,000 (six billion three hundred million rupiah).

                                              2. KB Bank Shelf Registration Bonds II Phase II of 2025,
                                              Series A
                                              Bond principal of IDR 800,000,000,000 (eight hundred billion
                                              rupiah) and the fourth interest payment of IDR 14,333,336,000
                                              (fourteen billion three hundred thirty-three million three
                                              hundred thirty-six thousand rupiah).

                                              The total principal repayment and bond interest payment
                                              amounted to IDR 1,135,633,336,000 (one trillion one hundred
                                              thirty-five billion six hundred thirty-three million three hundred
                                              thirty-six thousand rupiah), which will subsequently be
                                              distributed by KSEI to the bondholders on September 9, 2026.
 Impact of event, material information or     Upon the repayment of the principal and payment of interest
 facts towards Issuers or Public              on each respective Series of Bonds, all obligations of the
 Company’s operational activities, legal,     Company in respect of each such Series of Bonds have been
