Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan merujuk pada surat Perseroan No. 010/MDLN-
CORSEC/IV/26 tanggal 29 April 2026 (sebagaimana dikoreksi
dengan surat Perseroan No. 011/MDLN-CORSEC/IV/26
tanggal 30 April 2026) perihal Laporan Informasi atau Fakta
Material, yang telah diterbitkan sebelumnya.
Perseroan dengan ini memberitahukan bahwa permohonan
moratorium yang diajukan oleh Modernland Overseas Pte. Ltd.
(MLO) sebelumnya telah dikabulkan sampai dengan tanggal
31 Agustus 2026. Oleh karenanya, sampai dengan tanggal
tersebut, berlaku moratorium/penangguhan berdasarkan
hukum negara Singapura atas, antara lain, tindakan hukum,
gugatan, penunjukan receiver/manager, eksekusi, serta
tindakan penegakan hak lainnya terhadap MLO (kecuali atas
izin dari pengadilan terkait dan tunduk pada ketentuan yang
ditetapkan oleh pengadilan).

Dalam periode moratorium ini, Perseroan (dan/atau melalui
MLO) akan, dengan juga memperhatikan kepentingan
Perseroan, menyiapkan berbagai dokumen/informasi terkait
dengan scheme of arrangement yang dimaksudkan untuk
mendapatkan persetujuan dari mayoritas para pemegang
Notes dan sanction dari Pengadilan Tinggi Singapura, yang
mana hal tersebut juga sudah mendapatkan dukungan dari
perwakilan dengan jumlah yang signifikan atas Notes yang
terutang.
Perseroan akan menyampaikan perkembangan material lebih
lanjut sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan tanggal keterbukaan informasi ini, Perseroan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berpendapat belum ada dampak material terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan maupun kelangsungan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau usaha Perseroan, kecuali sebagaimana telah diungkapkan
Perusahaan Publik pada surat ini.

Description of Material Information or The Company refers to the Companys letter No.
Facts 010/MDLNCORSEC/IV/26 dated 29 April 2026 (as corrected
by the Companys letter No. 011/MDLNCORSEC/IV/26 dated
30 April 2026) regarding Material Information or Fact Report,
as previously disclosed.
The Company hereby informs that the moratorium application
previously submitted by Modernland Overseas Pte. Ltd. (MLO)
was granted in terms until 31 August 2026. Therefore, until
such date, there is a moratorium under Singapore law for,
among other things, legal actions, lawsuits, winding-up
proceedings, the appointment of a receiver/manager,
execution, and other rights enforcement against MLO (except
with the permission of relevant court and subject to such terms
as court imposes).

During the moratorium period, the Company (and/or through
MLO) will, taking into account the interests of the Company,
prepare various documents and information relating to the
proposed scheme of arrangement, which is intended to obtain
the approval of the majority of the Noteholders and the
sanction of the Singapore High Court in which it has also
received support from representatives holding a significant
amount of the outstanding Notes.
The Company will provide any further material updates in
accordance with the applicable regulations.
