  Elnusa's 55th Anniversary: Strengthening Commitment to Environmental
   Sustainability with the Green Action Mangrove Conservation Program

Jakarta, 15 August 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA) a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which is part of the Pertamina
Upstream Subholding, has once again demonstrated its commitment to environmental sustainability through the Green Action Mangrove
Conservation activity. The program, which was held at the Muara Angke Nature Tourism Park (TWA), Penjaringan District, North Jakarta,
is part of Elnusa's efforts to preserve the mangrove ecosystem which is very important for environmental balance and as one of the
activities in a series of events to welcome Elnusa's 55th Anniversary.

Elnusa's President Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, along with the Board of Directors, also attended this activity. The event was also
attended by Mr. Wawan Budi Rohman, Assistant for Economy and Development of the Secretary of the North Jakarta City Administration,
and Mr. Edy Mulyanto, Head of the North Jakarta City Administration Environmental Sub-agency. In addition, the Seasoldier Foundation
Program Director, Mrs. Rika Suprihantini, as well as representatives of the community and Elnusa Officers also participated.

In his speech, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja said that this moment was part of a series of activities to welcome Elnusa's 55th anniversary and
emphasized the importance of the mangrove ecosystem in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, as one of the world's lung supports. "Indonesia
is home to 3.5 million hectares of mangroves, or around 23% of all mangroves in the world. Mangroves in Indonesia also play an important
role in mitigating the impacts of climate change, because they are able to store large amounts of carbon, around 3.1 billion tons of CO2,
equivalent to greenhouse gas emissions from around 2.5 billion vehicles for one year," said Bachtiar, citing data from the World Bank.

Unfortunately, this mangrove ecosystem continues to experience pressure due to land conversion for aquaculture, plantations, and
settlements. In response to this condition, Elnusa has made the Green Action Mangrove Conservation program one of Elnusa's initiatives
that focuses on the environmental sector. This program is part of Elnusa's Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG) roadmap for 2024.

As a real form of Elnusa's contribution, 350 mangrove seedlings were planted in the Muara Angke TWA area. This activity is expected to
provide great benefits in maintaining the mangrove ecosystem, including protecting against natural disasters, increasing biodiversity,
supporting local livelihoods, and strengthening carbon absorption that contributes to reducing the impact of climate change.

"We hope that this mangrove planting initiative can be a real contribution to improving the mangrove ecosystem, as well as being an
example for the community that environmental protection can be done in a simple but meaningful way," added Bachtiar.

In addition to being a form of Elnusa's commitment to protecting the environment, this activity is also part of the implementation of
sustainable Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. This program also supports the achievement of the Sustainable
Development Goals (SDG's), especially in goal 13: Climate Action, goal 14: Life Below Water, and goal 15: Life on Land.
