Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 15 Agustus 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:
ELSA) Anak Usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang
tergabung dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, akan
mengadakan Public Expose (PUBEX) pada tanggal 27
Agustus 2024. PUBEX Elnusa akan mengulas kinerja
perusahaan selama semester pertama tahun 2024 serta
membahas perkembangan penting lainnya, termasuk kinerja
saham dan penyelesaian kasus dengan Bank Mega.
Selama enam bulan pertama tahun 2024, Elnusa mencatatkan
kinerja yang positif di tengah tantangan industri energi global.
Perusahaan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan
diversifikasi portofolio jasa untuk menjaga stabilitas keuangan.
Dengan fokus pada keberlanjutan dan inovasi, Elnusa terus
memperkuat posisinya sebagai penyedia solusi terdepan di
sektor energi, termasuk melalui peningkatan layanan di bidang
hulu migas, distribusi energi, dan jasa penunjang lainnya.
Seiring dengan kinerja positif perusahaan, saham PT Elnusa
Tbk (ELSA) menunjukkan tren yang stabil di Bursa Efek
Indonesia. Sepanjang semester pertama 2024, saham ELSA
telah menunjukkan performa yang solid, didukung oleh
sentimen positif dari investor yang mempercayai strategi
pertumbuhan jangka panjang perusahaan. Manajemen Elnusa
optimis bahwa tren ini akan berlanjut, seiring dengan
peningkatan kepercayaan investor dan prospek bisnis yang
cerah.
Selain mengulas kinerja operasional dan finansial, PUBEX
2024 juga akan membahas perkembangan terbaru terkait
penyelesaian kasus dengan Bank Mega. Elnusa dan Bank
Mega telah menandatangani perjanjian perdamaian dan
pemenuhan putusan pengadilan pada 7 Mei 2024. Dengan
telah selesainya kasus ini, Elnusa memeroleh dana pokok
deposito sebesar Rp 111 miliar dan bunga Rp 69,1 miliar.
Dengan demikian, total dana pokok deposito plus bunga yang
bakal diterima Elnusa adalah Rp 180,1 miliar.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 15 August 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:
Facts ELSA) a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which
is part of the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, will hold a
Public Expose (PUBEX) on August 27, 2024. Elnusa's PUBEX
will review the company's performance during the first
semester of 2024 and discuss other important developments,
including stock performance and the settlement of the case
with Bank Mega.
During the first six months of 2024, Elnusa recorded positive
performance amidst the challenges of the global energy
industry. The company has succeeded in increasing
operational efficiency and diversifying its service portfolio to
maintain financial stability. With a focus on sustainability and
innovation, Elnusa continues to strengthen its position as a
leading solution provider in the energy sector, including
through improving services in the upstream oil and gas sector,
energy distribution, and other supporting services.
Along with the company's positive performance, PT Elnusa
Tbk (ELSA) shares have shown a stable trend on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange. Throughout the first semester of
2024, ELSA shares have shown solid performance, supported
by positive sentiment from investors who believe in the
company's long-term growth strategy. Elnusa management is
optimistic that this trend will continue, along with increasing
investor confidence and bright business prospects.
In addition to reviewing operational and financial performance,
PUBEX 2024 will also discuss the latest developments related
to the settlement of the case with Bank Mega. Elnusa and
Bank Mega have signed a peace agreement and fulfillment of
the court decision on May 7, 2024. With the completion of this
case, Elnusa received a principal deposit of IDR 111 billion
and interest of IDR 69.1 billion. Thus, the total principal deposit
plus interest that Elnusa will receive is IDR 180.1 billion.
