Bahwa Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi terkait dengan transaksi apapun yang mempengaruhi nilai efek
Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal.
Selain informasi atau fakta material yang telah kami ungkapkan pada keterbukaan informasi Perseroan,
1 tidak ada lagi informasi atau fakta material sepanjang pengetahuan Perseroan yang perlu kami ungkapkan

Keterbukaan informasi yang wajib disampaikan oleh Perseroan telah Perseroan ungkapkan sebagaimana
dijelaskan pada nomor 1 di atas. Selain informasi tersebut tidak ada lagi informasi atau fakta material yang
2 sepanjang pengetahuan Perseroan wajib diungkapkan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bursa Efek
Indonesia dan kepada Publik.
The Company has disclosed the information disclosure that must be submitted by the Company as
explained in number 1 above. Apart from the information mentioned above, there is no other information or
material facts that, to the best of the Company's knowledge, must be disclosed to the Financial Services
Authority, the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to the Public.
Apakah Perseroan mengetahui aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan
atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan
Saham Perusahaan Terbuka?
Tiap bulannya Perseroan melakukan keterbukaan informasi Laporan Bulanan Registrasi Pemegang Efek
kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bursa Efek Indonesia dan kepada Publik yang datanya diterima oleh
Perseroan dari Biro Administrasi Efek Perseroan.
Adapun perubahan atas kepemilikan atau setiap perubahan kepemilikan saham Perseroan sebagaimana
dimaksudkan dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 telah Perseroan

sampaikan dalam laporan bulanan registrasi pemegang efek tersebut.
Each month the Company discloses information on the Monthly Report of Shareholders Registration to the
to the Financial Services Authority, the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to the Public., whose data is received
by the Company from the Company's Securities Administration Bureau.
As for changes in ownership or any changes in the ownership of the Company's shares as referred to in the
Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 the Company has submitted in the
monthly report on the registration of the securities holders.

Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam
3 bulan mendatang)?
Sampai dengan saat ini Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam
4 waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
Bursa dalam 3 bulan mendatang.
Up to now, the Company has no plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including corporate
plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange in the next 3 months.
Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta
kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik
Tidak terdapat informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek
Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik selain informasi yang telah diungkapkan pada jawaban
5 pada nomor 1 dan 2 di atas.
There is no other important information/facts/events that are material and could affect the price of the
Company's securities that have not been disclosed to the public other than the information disclosed in
answers to points 1 and 2 above.
Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.
Berdasarkan konfirmasi yang kami peroleh dari pemegang saham utama yakni PT Surya Indah Muara
Pantai, PT SURYA INDAH MUARA PANTAI selalu mempertimbangkan peluang yang terkait dengan
investasinya di Perseroan. Bagaimanapun, sampai dengan saat ini PT SURYA INDAH MUARA PANTAI
belum memiliki rencana terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan dalam waktu dekat.
Perseroan akan mengungkapkan lebih lanjut kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bursa Efek Indonesia dan
kepada Publik sesuai dengan Peraturan yang berlaku apabila ternyata ada perubahan pada rencana
6 pemegang saham utama Perseroan yang mewajibkan Perseroan untuk melakukan keterbukaan informasi.
Based on the confirmation we received from the main shareholder, namely PT Surya Indah Muara Pantai
(PT SURYA INDAH MUARA PANTAI), PT SURYA INDAH MUARA PANTAI always considers opportunities
related to its investment in the Company. However, until now PT SURYA INDAH MUARA PANTAI has no
plans regarding its share ownership in the Company in the near future.
The company will disclose further to the Financial Services Authority, the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to
the Public. in accordance with the applicable regulations if it turns out that there is a change in the plans of
the Company's main shareholder which requires the Company to conduct information disclosure.

Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.
Berdasarkan konfirmasi yang kami peroleh dari pemegang saham utama yakni PT Surya Indah Muara
Pantai, PT SURYA INDAH MUARA PANTAI selalu mempertimbangkan peluang yang terkait dengan
investasinya di Perseroan. Bagaimanapun, sampai dengan saat ini PT SURYA INDAH MUARA PANTAI
belum memiliki rencana terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan dalam waktu dekat.
Perseroan akan mengungkapkan lebih lanjut kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Bursa Efek Indonesia dan
kepada Publik sesuai dengan Peraturan yang berlaku apabila ternyata ada perubahan pada rencana
6 pemegang saham utama Perseroan yang mewajibkan Perseroan untuk melakukan keterbukaan informasi.
