Notaris mengenai hal tersebut dan penunjukan Direktur selaku
Pelaksana Tugas sudah selesai, kami akan segera sampaikan
kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia.

the President Director at another institution, which is a State-
Owned Enterprise.
The process of this reassignment will be carried out in
accordance with the Company's Articles of Association and the
applicable laws and regulations. Once the Notarial Deed
regarding this matter and the appointment of a Director as the
Acting President Director have been completed, we will
promptly inform.
