CANCELLATION OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

With reference to the Announcement of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”)
previously published on May 13, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces to the shareholders that the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders (“EGMS”), which was originally scheduled to be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, is cancelled.
In connection therewith, the Company hereby confirms that:
1. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) of the Company will still be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, in accordance with the time, venue,
and agenda as stated in the Invitation of AGMS dated May 29, 2026.
