Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik. 2. Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana 08475/BEI.PP3/08-2024 dated August 12, 2024, regarding the Reguest for Explanation on the Vol latility of Securities Transactions, we hereby convey the following explanation: 1. Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. 4. Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. 5. Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat. 6. Berdasarkan informasi. yang dimiliki Perseroan, pemegang saham utama belum memiliki rencana terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya. Demikian informasi ini kami sampaikan.
