5. Uraian Informasi atau e Pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2024, PT Bank Permata
Fakta Material Tbk (”Perseroan”), Bank Indonesia, PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia, PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia
(CKPE), serta 7 Bank lainnya telah
menandatangani Perjanjian Antar Pemegang
Saham Kerja Sama Pembentukan dan
Pengembangan Central Counterparty ("CCP”)
pada PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia
(“Perjanjian”). Pengembangan CCP ini
merupakan tindak lanjut — sebagaimana
diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang nomor 4
Tahun 2023 tentang Pengembangan dan
Penguatan Sektor Keuangan.
e Tahapan selanjutnya dari penandatanganan
Perjanjian ini adalah realisasi penyertaan modal
yang akan dilakukan oleh Perseroan kepada KPEI
setelah diperolehnya persetujuan OJK kepada
KPEI. Keseluruhan modal dari pemegang saham
baru ini akan menjadi bagian dari penguatan
modal CCP dalam pelaksanaan manajemen
risiko kegagalan (default waterfall managemeni).
e Perseroan akan melaksanakan realisasi
penyertaan modal tersebut kepada KPEI dengan
memperhatikan peraturan-peraturan terkait yang
berlaku.

(“Company”), Bank Indonesia,PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia, PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia
(“KPEI) and 7 other Banks have signed a
Shareholders Agreement of Cooperation in the
Establishment and Development of a Central
Counterparty at PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek
Indonesia (“Agreement”). The development of the
CCP is a follow up from the Law number 4 Year
2023 regarding Development and Strengthening
of the Financial Sector.
e Thenext stage after the signing of the Agreement
is the realisation of capital participation by the
