Tanggal Kejadian 11 Agustus 2024 Date of Event 11 August 2024 (2. Jenis Informasi atau Fakta | Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Bunga Keempat dari Material Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap III Tahun 2023 Seri A (“Obligasi”) termasuk dalam kategori Informasi atau Fakta Material berdasarkan Pasal 6 butir (m) POJK 31/2015. Type of Material Information | Repayment of Principal and Fourth Interest of Shelf Bonds IV or Facts Merdeka Copper Gold Phase III Year 2023 Series A (“Bonds”) is categorized as Material Information or Facts in accordance with Article 6 point (m) OJK Regulation 31/2015. 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah Material melaksanakan pelunasan Obligasi dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 1. Nilai Obligasi Jumlah Obligasi yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2024 tersebut terdiri dari: a. Pokok Obligasi sebesar Rp1.084.485.000.000,00 (satu trillun delapan puluh empat miliar empat ratus delapan puluh lima juta Rupiah): dan b. Bunga Keempat Obligasi sebesar Rp19.724.070.937,50 (sembilan belas miliar tujuh ratus dua puluh empat juta tujuh puluh ribu sembilan ratus tiga puluh tujuh rupiah lima puluh sen Rupiah). 2. Jumlah Pelunasan Obligasi Jumlah pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga keempat Obligasi adalah sebesar Rp1.104.209.070.937,50 (satu triliun seratus empat miliar dua ratus sembilan juta tujuh puluh ribu sembilan ratus tiga puluh tujuh rupiah lima puluh sen Rupiah). Perseroan telah melakukan penyetoran dana kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Agen Pembayaran yang telah ditunjuk oleh Perseroan) pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2024 yang akan dibayarkan oleh PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia kepada para pemegang Obligasi pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2024. 3. Sumber Pendanaan Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh Perseroan untuk melunasi pokok dan membayar bunga keempat Obligasi berasal dari dana yang diperoleh oleh Perseroan dari hasil penerbitan Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap VI Tahun 2024. 4. Tujuan Transaksi Tujuan dilaksanakannya transaksi tersebut adalah agar Perseroan dapat melakukan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga keempat dari Obligasi yang telah jatuh tempo tersebut.

AmountofBonds: The total amount of Bonds that matured on 11 August 2024 consists of the following composition: a. Principal Amount of Bonds in the amount of IDR1,084,485,000,000.00 (one trillion eighty-four billion four hundred eighty-five million Rupiah): and b. Fourth Bonds' Interest in the amount of IDR19,724,070,937.50 (nineteen billion seven hundred twenty-four million seventy thousand nine hundred thirty-seven and fifty cents). 2. Total of Bonds' Repayment The total repayment of principal and fourth interest of Bonds is in the amount of IDR1,104,209,070,937.50 (one trillion one hundred four billion two hundred nine million seventy thousand nine hundred thirty-seven and fifty cents). The Company has made a deposit of funds to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Paying Agent appointed by the Company) on 8 August 2024 which will be paid by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia to the bondholders on 12 August 2024. 3. Source of Fund The fund utilized by the Company to repay the principal and Jourth interest of Bonds was derived from the fund received by the Company from the result of issuance of Shelf Bonds IV Merdeka Copper Gold Phase VI Year 2024. 4. The Purpose of the Transaction The purpose of this transaction is for the Company to repay the matured principal and fourth interest of Bonds. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan Impact of such material information or facts on the Company's operational, law, financial — condition — or business continuity Dengan dilakukan pelunasan atas pokok dan pembayaran bunga keempat Obligasi tersebut maka seluruh kewajiban Perseroan atas Obligasi tersebut telah berakhir. Selanjutnya, tidak ada dampak material lain atas pelunasan pokok dan bunga keempat Obligasi terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. By repaying the Bonds' principal and fourth interest, the Company's obligation related to the Bonds has concluded. Furthermore, it does not have any other material impacts on the repayment of the principal and fourth interest of Bonds to the Company's operational, law, financial condition, or business continuity.
