Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka, selain informasi
pemegang saham dari daftar pemegang saham yang Perseroan peroleh dari Biro Administrasi Efek
(BAE), yang diterima Perseroan setiap bulannya.

plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next

Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa dalam 3 bulan
mendatang.

The Company does not have plans to take corporate actions in the near future, including corporate
actions that will result in the listing of the company's shares on the IDX in the next three month.

. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,

mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama
dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.
