a. Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi Perseroan
tertanggal 8 Agustus 2024 yang telah memperoleh
persetujuan dari Dewan Komisaris Perseroan pada tanggal 8
Agustus 2024, Perseroan akan melaksanakan pembagian
dividen interim untuk tahun buku Perseroan yang berakhir
pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024, yang rencananya akan
dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 September 2024;
b. Adapun jadwal dan tata cara pembayaran secara
terperinci dapat dilihat melalui uraian informasi dalam
dokumen terlampir.

A. Based on the Decree of the Company's Directors dated 8
August 2024 which has received approval from the Company's
Board of Commissioners on 8 August 2024, the Company will
distribute interim dividends for the Company's financial year
ending 31 December 2024, which is planned to be
implemented on 11 September 2024 ;
B. Detailed payment schedules and procedures can be seen
through the detailed information in the attached document.
