Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Berdasarkan Risalah Rapat gabungan Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 7 Agustus 2024, Manajemen Perseroan mengungkapkan rencana strategis kedepan, sebagai berikut: Based on the minutes of the joint meeting of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners on August 7 2024, the Company's management revealed its future strategic plans, as follows: I. Perseroan akan menyesuaikan ruang lingkup bisnis melalui penambahan tentang maksud dan tujuan serta kegiatan usaha. Kedepannya Perseroan akan menjalankan kegiatan usaha produksi baterai litium, manajemen aset baterai (penyewaan — baterai), — pembangunan jaringan stasiun penukaran baterai, investasi dan pengoperasian stasiun tenaga surya.
