                                            Jasa Keuangan tentang Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan
                                            Kepatutan (fit and proper test) Sdr. Eri Budiono sebagai
                                            Direktur Utama PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk.

                                            3. Akta Pernyataan Pengukuhan Keputusan Rapat serta Surat
                                            Penerimaan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia

                                              1. Results of the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of
                                              Shareholders (EGMS) held on April 30, 2024.

                                              2. That the Company has obtained approval for the
                                              appointment of Mr. Eri Budiono as indicated by the Board of
                                              Commissioners' Decree from the Financial Services Authority
                                              regarding the Results of the Fit and Proper Test, appointing
                                              Mr. Eri Budiono as the President Director of PT Bank Neo
                                              Commerce Tbk.

                                              3. The Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolutions and
                                              Acceptance Letter from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights
                                              of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the appointment of the
                                              Company's President Director.
