subsidiaries namely BUMA Australia Pty. Ltd. (BUMA AU) and
Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Pte. Ltd. (BUMA SG) have
purchased 29Metals shares in stages totalling in the amount of
35,605,128 shares in Australian Securities Exchange (ASX)
which equivalent to 5.07% of the total shares issued by
29Metals.
