Sentra Data (SSD) dan PT SMPlus Digital Investama (SDI)
telah melakukan transaksi akuisisi atas saham PT Teknovatus
Solusi Sejahtera (TSS), sebuah perusahaan yang
menjalankan kegiatan usaha di bidang jasa teknologi dan
kegiatan terkait lainnya, dari pihak ketiga dengan nilai
transaksi sebesar Rp26,5 miliar. Dengan transaksi akuisisi ini,
TSS dimiliki oleh SSD (99,999%) dan SDI (0,001%).
SSD dan SDI merupakan entitas anak Perseroan dengan
kepemilikan efektif lebih dari 99%.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Akuisisi ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan bisnis teknologi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan.

Facts Data (SSD) and PT SMPlus Digital Investama (SDI) acquired
the shares of PT Teknovatus Solusi Sejahtera (TSS), a
company that conducts business activities in the technology
services and other related activities, from third parties with the
transaction value of Rp26.5 billion. With this acquisition, TSS is
owned by SSD (99.999%) and SDI (0.001%).
SSD and SDI are subsidiaries of the Company with more than
99% effective ownership.
