Jual Beli Saham (“PJBS”) antara Pemegang
Saham Pengendali (“PSP”) dan PT Triple Berkah
Bersama (“Triple B”). Berdasarkan PJBS tersebut,
Triple B akan membeli seluruh saham milik PSP di
Perseroan dengan detil sebagaimana dijelaskan
