Ibu Vera Florida Kepala Divisi Penilaian Perusahaan 1 / Head of Listing 1 Division Perihal / Regarding Penjelasan PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (“Perseroan”) / Explanation of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (the “Company”) Dengan hormat, Merujuk pada surat elektronik dari PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”) No. S-06250/BEI.PP1/05-2026 tanggal 25 Mei 2026 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan Rencana Penerbitan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Tata Kelola Ekspor SDA, perkenankan Perseroan menyampaikan tanggapan terkait Permintaan Penjelasan oleh BEI sebagai berikut: 1. Sehubungan dengan rencana Pemerintah terkait penerbitan PP Tata Kelola Ekspor Sumber Daya Alam, bagaimana Perseroan menyikapi rencana atas penerapan PP Tata Kelola Ekspor Sumber Daya Alam tersebut? Penjelasan: Sebagai perusahaan yang didirikan berlandaskan hukum Negara Republik Indonesia, Perseroan menghormati dan senantiasa berkomitmen untuk mematuhi setiap peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah. Sehubungan dengan rencana atas penerapan PP Tata Kelola Ekspor, dapat kami sampaikan bahwa hingga tanggal surat ini disampaikan, Perseroan masih menunggu Peraturan Pemerintah dimaksud beserta peraturan pelaksanaannya (Peraturan Menteri) yang masih belum diterbitkan secara resmi. Oleh karena itu, Perseroan masih belum bisa menyampaikan sikap sambil menunggu penerbitan regulasi terkait serta penyelesaian proses sosialisasi dari Kementerian yang berwenang. 2. Dalam hal terdapat pendapatan/penjualan ekspor dari Perseroan, agar disampaikan dampak yang dapat terjadi bagi Perseroan atas rencana tersebut, antara lain: Dear Sir/Madam, We refer to the electronic letter of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (1DX”) No. S-06250/BEI.PP1/05- 2026 dated May 25", 2026, concerning Reguest for Explanation on the planned issuance of the Government Regulation on Natural Resources Export Governance, please allow the Company to extend response related to the Reguest for Explanation by IDX as follow: 1. Inrelation tothe Government's plan to issue the Government Regulation on Natural Resources Export Governance, how does the Company respond to the proposed implementation of the Government Regulation on Natural Resources Export Governance? Explanation: As a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, the Company respecis and remains committed to complying with all regulations and policies issued by the Government. With regard to the proposed implementation of the Government Regulation on Natural Resources Export Governance, we hereby inform that as of the date of this letter, the Company is awaiting official issuance of the aforementioned Government Regulation and its implementing Ministerial Regulations, which have not yet been Officially issued. Accordingly, the Company is currently unable to convey its position, while awaiting the official issuance thereof and the completion of the socialization process by the relevant authorities. 2. In the event that the Company derives export revenue/sales, please explain the potential impacts of the plan on the Company, including but not limited to: Head Office Site Office

a) Dampak terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. b) Dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional Perseroan. c) Dampak terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan, terutama dampak terhadap pendapatan, laba usaha, laba bersih dan arus kas Perseroan. d) Dampak terhadap perjanjian kerjasama dengan pelanggan eksisting Perseroan e) Dampak terhadap pemenuhan kewajiban maupun covenant dalam perjanjian pembiayaan Perseroan, (jika ada). f) Risiko hukum, seperti risiko wanprestasi kontrak. 9) Dampak lainnya (jika ada). Penjelasan: Dengan pertimbangan bahwa Peraturan Pemerintah beserta peraturan pelaksana yang mengatur mengenai penerapan PP Tata Kelola Ekspor Sumber Daya Alam masih belum diterbitkan secara resmi, dapat kami sampaikan bahwa saat ini Perseroan masih belum bisa memberikan tanggapan atas dampak rencana tersebut terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan, operasional, kondisi keuangan, kerjasama dengan pelanggan, kewajiban atas perjanjian pembiayaan yang dimiliki Perseroan, risiko hukum dan/atau dampak lainnya. Namun demikian, Perseroan tetap berkomitmen untuk memastikan agar kegiatan usaha Perseroan tetap dapat dijalankan sebagaimana mestinya, dengan tetap mematuhi ketentuan peraturan perundang — undangan yang berlaku 3. Strategi Perseroan dalam memitigasi kebijakan Pemerintah tersebut, termasuk rencana tindakan korporasi yang akan dilakukan (jika ada), serta lini masa (timeline) dari rencana tersebut. Penjelasan: Hingga tanggal surat ini disampaikan, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana tindakan korporasi apapun juga untuk memitigasi kebijakan Pemerintah tersebut. Dalam hal Perseroan hendak melakukan tindakan korporasi lebih lanjut, maka Perseroan akan memastikan bahwa tindakan korporasi tersebut akan dijalankan dengan seksama dan komprehensif, sesuai dengan peraturan perundang - undangan yang berlaku. a) b) g 9) e) 9) Impact on the continuity of the Company's business. Impact on the Company's operational activities. The impact on the Company's financial condition, particularly on revenues, operating profit, net profit, and cash flows. The impact of cooperation agreements with existing customers of the Company. The impact of fulfillment of obligations and/or covenants in financing agreemenis, (if any). Legal risks, such as risk relating to breach/default of contract. Other impacts (if any). Explanation: By taking into consideration the Regulations has not been officialy published to regulate the implementation of the Government Regulation on Natural Resources Export Governance, the Company is currently unable to provide a response on the impact of the going concern of the Company' business, operational activities, financial conditions, existing cooperation agreement with the costumers, obligations and/or other covenants in financing agreements, legal risks and/or any other impacts. Nevertheless, the Company are committed to ensure the business activities will be carried out in proper, and comply with the prevailing laws and regulations. 3. The Company's strategy in mitigating the Government's policy, including any planned corporate actions to be undertaken (if any), as well as the timeline of such plans. Explanation: As of the date of this letter, the Company has no plans for any corporate action to mitigate the Government's policy. In the event the Company will takes further corporate actions, the Company will ensure that such actions will be conducted in details and comprehensive, in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
