of Tahunan General Meeting dated 25 May 2026 for the 2025 financial year dividend which will be paid as follows :

Other Information
The Company hereby announces that the Company will distribute Cash Dividend for the Financial Year of 2025 to
Shareholders amounting IDR383,008,776,400.00 or Rp122.00 per share. This amount includes the Interim Dividend
previously distributed to Shareholders on December 29, 2025 amounting IDR50,230,659,200.00 or IDR16.00 per
share. Therefore, the remaining cash dividend which will be distributed to the Shareholders is in the total amount of
IDR332,778,117,200.00 or IDR106.00 per share
