a Pertanyaan : Manajemen menyebutkan slide 22 dan 29 bahwa kapasitas terpasang plastik 35.000 MT namun realisasi
hanya 10.970 MT di 2025. Mesin apa yang paling 'menganggur' dan produk apa yang manajemen paling optimis
untuk mengisi kekosongan kapasitas itu dalam 12 bulan ke depan ?

Onestion : Management mentioned on slides 22 and 29 that the installed plastic capacity is 35,000 MT, but the
realization is only 10,970 MT in 2025. Which machines are ihe most 'idle" and which products is management most
Optimistic about to fill Ihat capacity gap in the next 12 months?

Jawaban : Realisasi produksi tidak optimal dikarenakan adanya penurunan produksi akibat mesin calender Flexible
Film & Sheet yang terbakar pada tahun 2024. Pemasangan unit mesin baru calender Flexible Film & Sheet di
pertengan tahun 2026 akan memberikan peluang untuk meningkatkan realisasi produksi Perseroan. Selain itu produk
Leatherette dapat ditingkatkan dengan fokus pada segment automotive

Answer : Production realization was not optimal due to a decrease in production caused by the Flexible Film &
Sheet calender machine catching fire in 2024. The installation of a new Flexible Film & Sheet calender machine in
mid-2026 will provide an opportunity to increase the Company's production realization. In addition, Leatherette
products can be improved by focusing on the automotive segment.

Jawaban : Seperti sudah dijelaskan sebelumnya pada slide 7, Perseroan di tahun 2017 melakukan akuisisi mayoritas
saham PT Tiga Berlian Electric (entitas anak) yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi dan perdagangan peralatan
clectronik. PT Tiga Berlian Electic sudah memiliki pelanggan korporat.

Answer : As previously explained on slide 7, Ihe Company in 2017 acguired a majority shares in PT Tiga Berlian
Flectric (a subsidiary) which is engaged in the production and trade of electronic eguipment, PT Tiga Berlian
Electric already has corporate customers.

c. Pertanyaan : Manajemen menyebutkan slide 8 dan 26 bahwa ekspor FCL perdana baru dilakukan Oktober 2022
setelah 30 tahun berdiri. Negara mana yang menjadi target ekspor paling menjanjikan, dan produk apa dari portofolio
APLI yang paling diminati pembeli luar negeri ?

Ouestion : Management mentioned in slides 8 and 26 that the first FCL export was only carried out in October 2022
after 30 years of establishment. Which country is the most promising export target, and which product from APLI's
portfolio is most in demand by foreign buyers?

Jawaban: Negara yang menjadi target ekspor paling menjanjikan adalah Singapore dan produk yang paling diminati
oleh pembeli luar negeri adalah Thermoforming.

Answer : The country that is the most promising export target is Singapore, and the product most in demand by

d. — Pertanyaan : Manajemen menyebutkan slide 29 dan 30 bahwa laba bersih turun tajam 2024—2025, lalu O1 2026
rugi. Dari sisi manajemen, faktor mana yang paling bisa dikendalikan dalam waktu dekat: efisiensi HPP, kenaikan

OI 2026. From the management's perspective, which factor can be most controlled in the near term: COGS
Officieney, volume inerease, or customer diversification?

Jawab: Perseroan Optimis dapat meningkatkan laba bersih dengan melakukan diversifikasi produk dari terpasangnya
mesin baru Flexible Film & Sheet sehingga penjualan dapat ditingkatkan.

Answer : The Company is optimistic about being able to increase net profit by diversifjving products from the newly
installed Flexible Film & Sheet machine so that sales can be increased.

a Pertanyaan: Di tengah konflik geopolitik saat ini, bagaimana APLI menghadapi tantangan kenaikan bahan baku,
khususnya bahan baku biji plastik? Bagaimana dampak dari konflik geopolitik saat ini ke Perusahaan dan bagaimana
memastikan bahwa perusahaan dapat terus berproduksi dengan baik?

Guestion : Amid the current geopolitical conflict, how is APLI facing Ihe challenges of rising raw material costs,
particularly plastic resin raw materials? What is the impact of the current geopolitical conflict on Ihe company, and
how can the company ensure that it can continue to produce well?

Jawab: Selama ini Perseroan memiliki hubungan kerjasama yang baik dengan pemasok dan pelanggan. Perseroan
selalu menjaga keamanan dan kertersediaan bahan baku untuk produksi sehingga pesanan dari pelanggan dapat
terpenuhi.

Jawab: Langkah bisnis yang dilakukan oleh Perseroan sepanjang tahun 2026 adalah fokus untuk meningkatkan
penjualan dengan melakukan diversifikasi produk yang tidak dimiliki oleh kompetitor lain. Dana capex yang di
keluarkan Perseroan sebesar USD 2,5 juta.

Answer : The business steps taken by the Company Ihroughout 2026 are focused on increasing sales by diversifving
products that are not owned by other competitors. The capital expenditure funds spent by Ihe Company amounted to
USD 2.5 million.
