Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (“Perseroan”) pada hari Rabu, tanggal 31 Juli 2024, telah disetujui bahwa Perseroan akan membagikan dividen interim sebesar Rp. 19.275.000.000,- (Sembilan belas milyar dua ratus tujuh puluh lima juta Rupiah), untuk 1.285.000.000 (satu milyar dua ratus delapan puluh lima juta) saham yang telah dikeluarkan Perseroan atau Rp 15,- (lima belas rupiah) per saham. Based on the Decision of the Board of Directors of PT. Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (the "Company") on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, it was approved that the Company will distribute interim dividends of Rp.19.275.000.000,- (nineteen billion two hundred and seventy-five million Rupiah), for 1,285,000,000 (one billion two hundred and eighty-five million) shares that had been issued by the Company or IDR 15,- (fifteen rupiah) per share.
