completed the funding from PT Bank Mandiri
(Persero) Tbk based on the Credit Facility
Agreement ("Credit Facility") with the
following details:
Credit Facilities:
1. Credit Facility A - IDR 1,328 trillion.
2. Credit Facility B - IDR 2,112 trillion.

Purpose of the Credit Facility: Intended for business — development, refinancing and others of the Company's subsidiaries. Furthermore, the Company provides Corporate Guarantee by signing the deed before Rr. Y. Tutiek Setia Murni, S.H., M.H. Notary in Central Jakarta City. 4. | The impact of such events, Financial Conditions: information or material factsonthe | The obtaining this Credit Facility will improve operational, legal, financial condition, | the financial performance of the Company and or business continuity of the Issuer or | its subsidiaries. Public Company Business Continuity: The business continuity of the Company and its subsidiaries will be better and conducive. 5. | Miscellaneous information PTMP is a subsidiary indirectly owned by the Company through PT Astrindo Mahakarya Indonesia with effective ownership of 82.184 of PTMP's total shares. The Credit Facility is provided directly by financial institutions, s0 it shall be reported to the OJK in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 paragraph (2) of OJK Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliate Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions.
