The Company signs a Contractor and Vendor Management Term Sheet with PT Bumi Barito Mineral. 3. | Uraian informasi atau Fakta Material lainnya yang relevan/ Details of information or other relevant Material Fact: Pada tanggal 30 Juli 2024, Perseroan telah menandatangani Term Sheet dengan PT Bumi Barito Mineral (“BBM”) untuk Manajemen Kontraktor dan Vendor. BBM adalah pemegang Izin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi (IUP OP) yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Sumber Barito dan Kecamatan Seribu Riam, Kabupaten Murung Raya, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. BBM adalah bagian dari COKAL LTD, perusahaan publik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Australia. Ruang lingkup sebagai penyedia layanan manajemen kontraktor dan vendor, antara lain sebagai berikut: - Memantau, meninjau dan memberikan rekomendasi atas pelaksanaan jasa oleh kontraktor pertambangan, vendor jasa peledakan dan vendor bahan bakar. - Membantu pencarian dan pemilihan vendor bahan bakar dan peledakan. Selain itu, Perseroan akan memberikan dukungan untuk memastikan proses produksi berjalan dengan lancar dan berkelanjutan. Durasi — pekerjaan berdasarkan Term Sheet tersebut adalah 1 (satu) tahun. On 30 July 2024, the Company signed a Term Sheet with PT Bumi Barito Mineral (“BBM”) for Contractor and Vendor Management. BBM is a holder of a Production Operation Mining Business License (IUP OP) which is located at Sumber Barito and Seribu Riam District, Murung Raya Regency, — Central Kalimantan Province. BBM is a part of COKAL LTD, a public listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange. The scope of work as the provider of contractor and vendor management services includes the following: - To monitor, review and provide recommendations regarding — the implementation of services by mining contractors, blasting vendors and fuel vendors. - To assist in finding and selecting fuel and blasting vendors. In addition, the Company will provide support in order to ensure that the production process runs accordingly and sustainably. The duration of work based on the Term Sheet is I (one) year. 4. | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau Memberikan dampak positif terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan serta meningkatkan kinerja operasional dan keuangan Perseroan.
