PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (“AADI”) pada tanggal 26 Mei
2026 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan AADI pada tanggal 22 Mei 2026, AADI menyampaikan rencana
pembagian Dividen Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2025 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

X : Harga Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-date.

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
AADIDRCN6A, AADIDRCV6A & AADIDRCN6B
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (“AADI”) dated 26 May 2026,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of AADI dated 22 May 2026, has resolved, AADI had a plan for the distribution of
dividends for the fiscal year 2022, which will be paid as follows:

Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of AADIDRCN6A, AADIDRCV6A & AADIDRCN6B will be adjusted
based on the formula below:

P : Closing Price of the Underlying share on the last market day on which the underlying share
is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D : the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.

E : the existing exercise ratio immediately prior to the dividend entitlement.
Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
