Dengan ini, PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk (“Perseroan”)
menyampaikan bahwa berdasarkan Keputusan
Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan tanggal 29
Juli 2024, telah disetujui bahwa Perseroan akan
membagikan dividen interim kepada para pemegang
saham sebesar Rp 28,- per-lembar saham untuk
sejumlah 5.237.789.853 lembar saham atau total
senilai Rp 146.658.115.884,- (jumlah saham tersebut
telah dikurangi dengan jumlah saham treasuri
sebanyak 179.273.300 lembar saham).

Herewith, PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk ("Company")
conveys that pursuant to Company's Board of
Directors and Board of Commissioner Resolution
dated 29 July, 2024, it was resolved that the Company
will distribute interim dividend of IDR 28,- pershare to
total shareholders of 5,237,789,853 shares or a total
amount of IDR 146,658,115,884,- (after deduction of
treasury shares in a total of 179,273,300 shares).
