   Elnusa's Commitment to Human Resoruces Development: Wins
      International Award at Employee Experience Awards 2024
Jakarta, 29 July 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA) a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which is part of
the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, won 2 (two) Employee Experience Awards 2024 as the Best Management Training
Programme in the Bronze Category from Human Resources Online Singapore which was held on May 9, 2024 at the Shangri-
la Hotel Singapore and Excellence in Leadership Development in the Silver Category from Human Resources Online
Indonesia which was held on July 19, 2024 at the Westin Hotel Jakarta.

Human Resources Online is a media and event brand that focuses on the development of Human Resources (HR) throughout
Southeast Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia. The award is given to
companies that demonstrate how the role of Human Resources helps leaders make business decisions, instills trust with all
stakeholders through clear crisis communication, and has a strong business continuity plan to ensure business survival.

On this occasion, Elnusa explained the Elnusa Leadership Development Program (ELDP), this leadership development
program aims for critical positions and for successors in those positions, with the aim of achieving the growth targets listed
in the Company's Long-Term Plan and realizing the vision of becoming a leading Energy Service company that provides Total
Solutions. ELDP is carried out using the 70% assignment method, 20% Coaching, and 10% self-study.

As an opening for this program, Elnusa held training on mental formation, motivation, and national insight. Elnusa
collaborates with the Regional Military Main Regiment (Rindam), which is a military education institution under the
Indonesian Army's Kodiklat. This program is carried out for 5 days.

Director of HR and General Affairs Hera Handayani expressed her gratitude and appreciation for the international award
that Elnusa has won. "This award is proof of our commitment to developing quality leadership and management training.
We are very proud of this achievement and thank the entire team who have worked hard to make it happen," said Hera.

Hera added, "We will continue to strive to improve the quality of the company's human resources. Elnusa's achievements
